EXPLORE TREATMENT OPTIONS · REQUEST INFORMATION BEFORE ENROLLMENT OPENS

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Your questions,
answered clearly.

Can I start treatment today?

Clinical enrollment is not open. You can explore treatment information and submit a contact request. There is no active appointment booking or treatment checkout.

Is requesting information free?

Yes. The contact form does not collect payment details or create a subscription.

Can I receive care in my state?

Provider and pharmacy coverage has not been confirmed. Selecting your state in the form helps describe your request; it does not establish eligibility or availability.

Who would evaluate me?

An appropriately licensed clinician would make medical decisions. Provider profiles and coverage will be published once confirmed. Administrative coordinators do not prescribe.

Will I need laboratory tests or an in-person visit?

Requirements depend on the treatment, your history and clinical judgment. Tests and examinations are not identical across skin, hair, hormone and weight concerns.

How much will care cost?

Clinical prices are not yet finalized. Before any paid evaluation, its scope, fee and cancellation terms must be explained. Tests, medication, shipping and follow-up may have separate charges.

What happens if treatment is not appropriate?

A clinician may recommend more information, another care setting or no medication. An evaluation does not guarantee a prescription. Any evaluation fee and applicable refund terms must be disclosed before booking.

How do shipping, refills and cancellation work?

These arrangements are not active. Pharmacy fulfillment, refill requirements, shipping charges and cancellation rules will be provided before treatment is offered. There are no active subscriptions today.

When will someone respond?

Requests are saved with PEPT-I-DO, but a response time has not yet been established. Contact your existing provider for ongoing medical needs.

Where can I upload medical records?

Not through this website form or the portal preview. Clinical records should be shared only after secure clinical access is activated.

Which products are included?

The directory describes FDA-approved products for specified indications. It excludes research-only peptides and unapproved compounded blends. Specialist hormone information is educational, not an available prescribing service.

Where do I ask a privacy or billing question?

Use the Contact page and select the appropriate topic. You do not need to complete a treatment-interest form.

Is this an emergency service?

No. Call 911 or seek immediate medical care for an emergency.
