Website activity notifications

When enabled, our website sends the site owner a WhatsApp notification containing an approximate city and country inferred from the network connection, a device category and the visit time. These alerts do not include names, contact form entries, treatment interests, page URLs or the visitor’s IP address. Meta processes these notifications as our messaging provider. Network location can be inaccurate, particularly when using a VPN. We use temporary session storage to avoid repeated alerts and short-lived, pseudonymous server records for abuse prevention. These server records are removed during subsequent activity after 24 hours. We honor browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals for these alerts.

Approximate location

When hosting metadata does not include a city, we look up the connection address in an IP-location database stored with this website. We do not send that address to an external geolocation API. This estimates the network location, not a precise physical address; mobile networks, VPNs and database coverage can affect the result. IP geolocation data by DB-IP, used under CC BY 4.0.

Information you provide

When you submit our website contact form, we collect the contact and preference information you enter, such as your name, email address, preferred contact method, optional phone number, and the request topic. Treatment inquiries also collect state, age confirmation and areas of interest. Please do not submit diagnoses, medical records or other sensitive health information through this website form.

How we use it

We use website contact form information to respond to your request, coordinate appropriate next steps, maintain and secure our services, prevent abuse and comply with applicable law.

When information may be shared

Information may be handled by service providers that support website hosting, communications and operations, and may be disclosed when required by law. If you later enter a clinical relationship, information collected by the treating provider or another regulated healthcare entity may be governed by separate privacy notices and healthcare privacy requirements.
